How a ride actually goes
Quote, confirm, and then nothing.
The whole point of a car service is that you stop thinking about the car. Three things happen, and two of them happen without you.

You send two addresses
Pickup, drop-off, the time, and the flight number if there is one. A flat fare comes back in writing with the tolls, parking and gratuity already inside the number. No meter, no surge, no “approximately”.

Frank confirms the car
The night before, you get the driver’s name, the car, the plate and a direct cell. Thirty minutes out, you get it again with a live position. Dispatch is awake either way.

The car is already there
On airport runs the driver watches the tail number and parks against the actual landing time. Delays move the pickup, not the price. The receipt is in your inbox before you reach the curb.

Price the run before you pick up the phone.
Pick the two ends and the car. The number on the right is what the driver is told to collect — tolls, airport fees, parking and a 20% gratuity are inside it.

Flight tracked to the gate
We watch the tail number from wheels-up at the origin. An early landing is met early; a three-hour delay does not become a re-booking.
60 minutes free wait
An hour of waiting after an international landing, half an hour on domestic, and the clock starts when the wheels touch — not when the car parks.
Tolls, parking and tip inside
One number. Airport access fees, the tunnel, the garage at MetLife and a 20% gratuity are already counted in the fare you agreed to.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing you have to do. Dispatch tracks the tail number, so the pickup time
moves with the actual landing time and the fare does not change. A cancelled flight
rebooked for the next morning is simply re-dated — we do not charge a no-show for an
aircraft that never left.
Where do we actually meet at the airport?
Two options, chosen when you book. Curbside means the driver pulls to the
arrivals level and calls you once you are outside. Meet & greet means he parks, walks
into baggage claim with a name board, and helps with the cases. Meet & greet is $20 and
is the one worth taking at JFK T4 and EWR C.
Are tolls and the tip really included?
Yes. The flat fare covers tolls, the airport access fee, parking where the
run needs it, and a 20% gratuity for the driver. The only things quoted separately are
extra stops, waiting beyond the free allowance, and a child seat if you need one —
and all three are priced before the ride, not after.
Can you take a whole group and the luggage to a game?
A Group SUV seats seven with bags; a 14-seat Sprinter is available on
request with a day’s notice. For stadium runs the driver agrees one fixed pickup
point with you on the way in, and holds it after the final whistle, so nobody is
wandering a parking lot looking for a plate number.
How far ahead should I book?
Twenty-four hours is comfortable for an airport run and guarantees the
vehicle class you want. Same-day works far more often than people expect — call
dispatch. Game days, prom season and the week around Thanksgiving are the three times
the fleet genuinely fills up, so book those out.
